Returns & Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand that choosing fashion items online can be challenging, which is why all orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided a proof of purchase is presented. Damage due to normal wear and tear is not eligible for replacement.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.

Products must be in new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

There is no restocking fee for returns.

Please note that most items (unworn) can be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are not included. Shipping fees and additional services such as gift wrapping are non-refundable.

We will cover return shipping only if the return is due to our error (e.g. you received the wrong or a faulty item).

A return label is included in the package. However, return shipping is not free. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be sent by post only.

You will receive a refund or replacement once we receive the returned item, provided it is in stock.

Please note that refunds are not possible after an exchange has been completed. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Free promotional items are excluded from refunds and exchanges.

Return Conditions:

- Personalised fashion items

- Sale items (promotional offers)

Important: Please do not return the item to the sender’s address shown on the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within one week (7 days).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card provider or bank. If the refund is still not received, please get in touch with us at info@echleo.com

Sale Items

Only full-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at info@echleo.com
