This policy applies to domestic orders (Germany and other EU countries) and aims to ensure you are fully informed about our shipping practices and procedures. By placing an order with us, you agree to the policy outlined below.
1. Shipping Costs
To enhance your shopping experience, Echleo proudly offers free shipping on all fashion items.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time (excluding customs delays, weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances)
Processing time: 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday)
Transit time: 4 to 9 working days
Total estimated delivery time: 5 to 12 working days (depending on destination, not including weekends, holidays, or unexpected events)
Same-day dispatch cut-off time: 18:00 (Berlin time)
3. Incorrect Shipping Information
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address or contact details, please contact our customer service within 2 hours. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Once the parcel has been processed and shipped, rerouting to a different address is no longer possible.

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information. You can then click here to track the status of your parcel.
5. Changing Your Delivery Address
Customers can change their delivery address by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed. This policy applies based on whichever comes first. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address is correct at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our returns and refund policy.
7. Policy for Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order.
To process your claim, we may require photographic evidence of the damaged fashion items. After reviewing your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, or credit for items confirmed to have been damaged in transit.
